The Freelancers Site Waste Management Team has an abundance of experience in delivering waste solutions. With regulations becoming increasingly stringent, and part of the procurement process championing businesses that take responsibility for the environment, waste is not something you can choose to ignore.
However, the time and administration required to monitor a Site Waste Management Plan (a legal requirement from August 2008 for all projects over £300k build cost) are an added burden to the Site Manager's already busy schedule.
